The Choice Project
In this workshop you'll pause for a moment. Step away from the daily noise. Look at your life as a whole. Write a personal vision. And leave with a clear direction and the first steps to start bringing it to life.

We all plan everything. Vacations. Career. Mortgage. Studies.
But almost no one stops to plan life itself.
Life is busy. We react, solve problems and move from task to task. Sometimes years go by before we stop to ask:
Are these really the lives we want to build?
Life is complex. Work, family, career, money, consciousness and choice — it is all connected. To truly understand our lives, we need to pause for a moment and look at the whole picture.
That's exactly our invitation.
To pause.
To ask.
To think.
And to illuminate the thought.

A vision is not a dream.
A vision is not a goal.
A vision is a clear picture of the life you want to create.
When the picture is clear, it's easier to make decisions. Easier to choose. Easier to say no. And much easier to know what to say yes to.
To design a whole life.
In the workshop we'll work through the nine core life domains:
The goal is to see the full picture, not just a part of it.
Through the RVFM model:
Where are you today? What is your reality right now?
Jump a year ahead in your imagination. How would you like your life to look?
Why does it matter to you? What values guide your choices?
How do you start getting there? What's the first step?
The model connects thinking with action. Vision with reality.
More clarity
A sense of direction
Order in your thoughts
Easier decision-making
Connection to yourself
A written vision you can return to again and again

Three half-days that can change the way you make decisions about your life.
This isn't a one-time meeting, but a personal, structured process.
Over the three sessions you'll pause for a moment from the race, look at your life as a whole, move through the nine life domains, write a personal vision and build a practical plan to start bringing it to life.
The goal isn't only to write a vision, but to leave with clarity, direction and tools that help you make decisions out of conscious choice.
But the journey doesn't end at the last session.
At the end of the workshop you'll receive access to The Choice Project app, which will continue to accompany you along the way and help you turn the vision you wrote into choices, habits and real progress over time.

Yael's wonderful personal vision writing workshop was, for me, a space for admiration and reflection, exactly when I needed it. I came wanting to organize and refine my direction, and left with so much clarity. The workshop allowed me to look deeply into the different life domains, understand what matters to me now, and refine my feelings and choices. Yael guides with sensitivity, listening and clarity, knows how to ask the right questions at the right time and shares her rich personal experiences. I recommend her to anyone who feels it's time to stop and truly listen to themselves and gain clarity and precision in life.
I recently participated in Yael's vision workshop and it was a very good experience. You can see that Yael invested a lot of thought into the model's structure and its implementation. The presentation was excellent and the delivery of the content was clear and very professional. Beyond the theory, we received practical tools for self-work, each person on their own. This makes the workshop truly effective for the long term too. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the connection with the other participants enriched the discussion. I recommend it to anyone who wants to bring order to their thinking!
Yael's vision workshop was an enriching, inspiring experience, managed at a very high level. She succeeds in combining depth, emotion, professionalism and practical tools, while creating a safe, pleasant space that enables personal growth. Her guidance is precise, connected and human, and the group atmosphere was open, supportive and particularly enjoyable. I very much enjoyed the process and the energy she brings, and I warmly recommend her to anyone seeking a meaningful, empowering and horizon-expanding workshop.
Although only a week has passed since the workshop ended, and that may not be enough time to talk about life-changing events, it's definitely enough time to talk about a shift in my thinking and consciousness. One of the most powerful tools (among others) I received from the workshop is the ability to ask questions, to pause for a moment and understand what's right for me and from what place it would be right for me to act. The ability to understand what I want, what I need and what steps to take to fulfill my feelings, dreams and aspirations, in every layer of life. This thinking workshop brings order to my head and thoughts and equips me with calm on one hand and the excitement of action on the other.

Thank you, Yael. Your workshop was helpful and gave me a clear structure I can start using right away. It was wonderful to meet you all! I love the idea of women supporting women.
Thank you Yael, this was everything I expected and even more. I'm taking the tools you wrote down and using them to make the right changes within me and in my life, to improve them. I know it depends on me. It was wonderful to meet you all. Diana and Peggy.
I think this is a process that accompanies the lives of people who are connected to themselves, who don't close their eyes and know they deserve more from the life they have. In the case of this course, it's a life-changing process. The process Yael taught me will accompany me throughout life, and will continue to take me to places I want to be.

Strategy wasn't meant only for business. It can change lives too.
I'm Yael Lidor. For more than twenty-five years I've been accompanying companies in Israel and around the world in building business strategies.
Over the years I've seen, again and again, the same principle recur in every successful organization: first you define where you want to go, and only then do you build the way.
One day I asked myself: if organizations wouldn't set out without a strategy, why do most people live without ever stopping to build one for themselves? That question became The Choice Project.
I took the principles of strategic thinking and brought them into the personal world. That's how a methodology was created that allows people to pause, see the broad picture, choose their direction and build a practical plan to start walking toward it.
I don't come to tell people how to live. I create for them the space where they can choose for themselves.
